When you set it on "70", you get that error.

Kirk, ich habe das selbe Problem wenn ich in "Global Bekanntmachungen" Werte von 600 Zeichen einstelle zerschisst es das Portal.

Als der Screenshot von einem User gemacht wurde war der "Kompakter Bekanntmachungen-Block-Stil:" aus und es waren 480 Zeichen eingestellt
Das was Du in der Mitte sehen kannst ist schon der nächste Block "Aktuelle Beiträge" und den hat es so unter die anderen Blöcke gedrückt.
Die Bekanntmachungen wäre oben darüber.
Ich kann das Forum gern mal auf Xampp installieren das Problem nachstellen einen einen gesamten Screenshot der Seite machen wenn es zur Ursachenfindung hilft?
