How is the Clovk module time zone set?
It shows local time but want it to display Cyprus time.
If it somehow detects each users local, then that is ok.

For guests you can set it in the ACP.
Your users can change the time zone in User Control Panel.

AFAIK the clock module shows your time via javascript. As it's flash there is no way to change that from within phpBB3.
