Is there a way to choose what blocks on the portal, both default and added blocks, to make viewable to guests (Only members are suppose to se all of them)

Thank you, but I can't use that. I'm a newbie to php and if Google translate something wrong, I will never find it or I'll put the code in the wrong place.
Before I make a post on any forum, I do spend a lot of time searching for it, trying to avoid duplicated questions. I do have a lot of questions and a lot of them show up on this board in german. This being a german board it's understandable.
