Make sure you uploaded all files. As your style is based on prosilver, you also have to upload the prosilver portal files to your style.
I can't find portal.css in your style's theme folder.

well thank you, now works better but it's still not ok, as you can see the blue font on a blu background doesn't look fine, the Menu block doesn't look like here and the latest news block is too small... i think all the files have been uploaded than shouldn't be my fault

Refresh your theme cache. If you don't like the blue text on the blue background, then you might want to ask the author of your style as he made it that way.

I refreshed the cache and now looks really fine... can i fix the latest news problem?

Open your ACP and browse to the Portal Configuration.
Click on "News" in the sidebar and change "Display the number of replies and views" to No.
