help hiding blocks from none regged

What have you done before the problem was there?
I have used the search on this site and google to try and find a solution
even looked arround myself

What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
i have played arround wit a few files killed the board a few times in the prosess...
nothing much more.

Description and Message
i am trying to hide some of the blocks shown on my portal so that only
registerd members can see them after they have logged in to there accounts.

one is the mumble Block that is made using the ACP custom block
the other is the reent posts block.

i am not sure iff this is poss but i hope it is, i know how to disable the blocks
by omiting them from one of the cinfig files "sorry dont member the file name"
is there a mod for this or some edit i have to do i am not shy about messin with the
code though i undersand very lill.

Edit; i read the whole post now thought google is nto too good it gives me an idear, they go on to talk about portalview
is this a mod i need to install to use this option to hide blocks as i do NOT have this and no idear what it is realy :S

Open styles/*yourstyle*/template/portal/portal_left.html or portal_right.html or portal_center.html

Find the blocks you want to hide from not registered users and then put this around the block:
