Portal Does Not Show On All Styles

What have you done before the problem was there?
Installed Board 3 from fresh.

What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
Nothing, as I'm completely at a loss of what to do.

Description and Message
I've made my own themes for my forum, but for some reason none of the files for Board 3 are being copied into them automatically. Instead, all files specific to mods are just being installed into the Prosilver theme.

For example I installed Board 3. It works fine on my Prosilver theme, but does not work on my new custom "nfortressdefault" theme. I edited all of the .cfg files within the custom theme. Have I done something wrong?

I used Automod to upload the mod, and I have the most up to date version of PHPBB

Please help!

It's a custom style I developed myself.

Someone said on PHPBB that I had to configure the Mod to install on the custom styles manually?

Depending on what the style your style is based (i.e. prosilver) you'll have to do the prosilver or subsilver2 edits.
