I cannot for the life of me figure out why the bullet points next to the menu options have shifted left. I need help fixing them.

I myself am trying to rebuild my community's forum from scratch.
After the installment of portal, the dots are outside as well.
Checked the menu's coding and compared with the old site, looked identically..
Any got any idea?
