Hi guys, I know nothing about coding so I'm asking for your help. Portal is installed but misaligned.

Have a look at this screenshot I made:

Portal on the left, board index on the right.

Looks like you need to adapt the style for the portal... But without a link we cant do anything

Oh I'm a newb, You must forgive me Mike, I'm new to all this but I would really like to make our site work.

Hmm... on your site there is an Aero Style. So i cant have a look into the problem.
But i installed the Style on my Testboard, and i cant see any problems except the backroundimage cause the portal is too long

How can I reinstall Portal Mike?

hmm... just delete the template folder, purge all caches, and upload all files from the Style and portal again...

I get this error when I want to visit the site after reinstall: "Language file ./language/en/common.php couldn't be opened."

The file seems to be missing - its not there where it says it should be.

If you just deletet the Folder of your Style this shouldnt be...
You can upoload this missed file again from your phpbb download.

OK its restored now. Mike what do you think- should I install everything from scratch: phpbb3>portal>theme and then all other addons on the portal so I see what's causing the problem? Because I can't pinpoint the problem.

No! You just need to install this Style from scratch. Deinstall it in ACP an delete the "DirtyBoard2.0" folder. Dont forget to clear all caches every time you make any changes...
