Description and Message
Greetings,

First, I would like to say thank you for writing such a fantastic mod!

I recently updated to Board3 Portal 1.0.4 and would like to assign permissions in the Admin Control Panel so that a custom group can change the welcome message on the portal. However, when I go to ACP > Users and Groups tab > Groups' Permission > %Custom Group Name Here% > Select Type : Admin Permissions > *Advanced Permissions, I do not see any options for Board3 Portal.

I am a founder / full admin, and have no problems with the ACP > .MODS > Portal settings themselves. Is it possible an edit didn't get done somewhere or a DB value is out of whack from my recent upgrade? I would rather not make this person / group a founder just to be able to change the welcome message.

Thanks for your time!
Erik

Once you are in the Advanced Permissions, you have to click on Misc.

I kinda have the samme issue... I think?

When i update like general settings in acp portal panel, everything looks fine
no errors, and the changes take place (It looks like?) ...but the _db_ does not update?

The install part was smooth, with no issues?

Portal 1.0.4 / phpbb 3.0.5 --> http://www.win7pro.dk

I guess that it is a permission issue, but I'm not sure ?

There is obv something I'm missing  :?: ;)

Any ideas anyone ?

I found out, when i make changes/updates to the portal

then changes will write to a colum in db called "config_portal"

but the the portal view gets called from a db colum called "config"

I hope someone can help me solve this issue so i dont
have to uninstall the portal and try another... I like this one 8-)
