Having problem with Pearl black theme

Description and Message
I am trying to get my portal to have the Pearl_black theme but I cant for the life of me get it to work. The forums and Portal are all up to date with the current versions. I also went and downloaded the forun theme for pearl black and also the theme for portal Pearl_black but when ever I switch my forum theme to Pearl_black the portal doesnt show up but when I switch it back to sub_silver the portal shows up. Any help would be awesome because I have ran out of Ideas on what I need to do to get this darn theme to work...
