Add/delete blocks with one row

What have you done before the problem was there?
Trying to find how to delete these blocks from my website.

What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
Go to the PORTAL seccion into the ACP zone, but i can not find where to desactivate these blocks.

Description and Message
I don't know how to desactivate these blocks from the portal page. I don't find the window configuration into the ACP zone where you can select or not these blocks. Basiclly, what I want is a right main row to gain space; with the user menu and few blocks more. Is it possible to add or delete all the blocks but only from the right row?

Here you can find an example: fororealmadrid.com and allows only to write the latest news and recent posts.

After installing, the configuration page for the Portal should be on the .MODS tab of the ACP.
There you can enable/disable all the blocks you want as well as configure them by clicking on them in the left menu.
