I have phpbb3 3.0.4 and when I go to /install/index.php to install the portal, I get the following
Information
Prior to running the installation script, you need to upload the edited files, especially /includes/constants.php.
I have uploaded all the files that came in the zip file to my ftp server.
EDIT: Resolved, the edited php files didnt save properly
