change "board index" to "Forum"

How do I change the menu block from from saying "Board Index" to "Forum"?

I searched the help here but found only how to add a link, I dont wanna do that I just wanna change what I have, I tried changing the L_index/u_index and it didnt work?

Where did you change L_INDEX ?
You need to change it in language/*yourlanguage*/common.php

I didnt see "board index" only found "index => Index page", I changed it and refreshed and purged cache it still is showing as board index? Is there anything else I would need to do or edit to get it to show?
