What have you done before the problem was there?
I installed a brand new PHPBB3 prosilver. Fresh no data. Worked fine. I'm trying to install the Portal after thats when the site cease to exist.

What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
I tried to reinstall forums and do it again. same issue.
