the menu button should has own background right? and also all the blocks? mine was nothing there..

i use prosilver.. can anyone giva a tutor?

Make sure you uploaded the portal.css and modified the stylesheet.css as stated in the install.xml. Also refresh you theme cache as stated in the following KB article: knowledge/kb_show.php?id=28
