How to change the Links in the link block?
When I go to my portal adminstation control panel I see these options:
(but not to change the Links?)

You can try deinstalling and reinstalling the portal - not the files, just with our installer.
Or you can add it manually:
ACP --> System --> Module Management / Administration Control Panel --> go to ".MODs" --> "Portal" --> dropdownbutton, select "Links" under "Portal [acp_portal]" --> "add Module"
And enable it afterwards, purge cache.
