Trying to unistall portal

Your phpBB Type: Standard phpBB3
MODs installed: No
Your knowledge: Beginner
What have you done before the problem was there?
Hi I tried the pinup Ie upload the install folder, it keeps asking me to login, this is an old version of Portal Im not sure of the version but it was around the August 08 timeframe.
Mybe the older version dont work with uninstall ?
Appreciate any help

Tried uploading install folder and running /intall.php
