Is there a way to make a sticky topic show up on the portal end of things?
Cause, there was a huge release yesterday and the post is getting pushed down, but, I'd like it to be the first thing users can see when they log in.

What about the portals announcement module? You can change the settings for this module via ACP. Make your topic "announcement", set amount of topics in announcement module, select the forum you have your announcements in...
