Extension Description:
phpBB 3.1 extension module voor board 3 portal 2.1.0
Shows birthday members when it's their birthday with their avatar, when no avatar then a no_avatar picture will be shown instead. this is a partial feature port of the 3.0 Mod from lefty74 (acp annoucement center 1.2.5).

Installing the extension:
After downloading unzip this file and upload the whole folder theriddler to root/ext.
In the administration panel under Customize -> Extensions Administrative Tools -> Extensions Disabled
find the line 'B3P Birthday announcement Module' and click Enable.
Click on the Add button module within any center column and select the module 'Birthday Annoucement' from the drop-down list - In the administration panel under Extensions -> Portal.
