What have you done before the problem was there?
I am running this on a local server to play around and get to know the new system.
The server I am using is Nginx on Linux Mint (shouldn't matter since Nginx, MySQL and PHP are up-to-date and running fine)
Made a fresh install of phpBB3 v3.1.2, downloaded Board3 v 2.1.0-rc1 and placed it unstracted in ext-file.
Activated the Portal, and meny is showing in ACP, and I can manage modules there.
What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
Deleted db completly, deleted all files and did the entire install all over again.

Anyway... When I go to forum the Portal-url is shown in the menu, and so far the forum is working fine.
When clicking the Portal-url I am getting an 404 error.
The url in the adress-field shows this: http://localhost/phpBB3/app.php/portal and I suppose this is correct.
Also getting the same 404-error when I tried to enter the portal with only http://localhost/phpBB3/portal.
Everything is up and runing in ACP.
