missing ACP portal tab

What have you done before the problem was there?
I installed portal into ext/board3/portal then used the customize tab in the PHPBB ACP to enable to extension.

What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
I have been poking around for hours. I can not figure out how to edit portal in the ACP.

Description and Message
I would very much like to use a portal for my phpbb forums.

However, after i installed the extension i CAN NOT find where to edit the mod!!!

There is no tab in my ACP, and nothing in the extension tab for portal.

I have a screen shot but can not post it to these forums.

If the extension was properly enabled, it will show up once you click on the extensions tab in the ACP.
