What have you done before the problem was there?
Installed the Forum and Portal. Done the edits and confirmed everything was correct.

What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
Looked around and searched the Forum for the same problem. One other I saw had the same issue but was for another version and the coding appears to be different.

Description and Message
The color background of the welcome message is all blue and not grey like the other modules. I would like to have this part as grey also please.

Changes to the templates:
Go to your ACP, choose "Styles -> Templates -> your style", which has been changed and click "refresh" - confirm with "yes".

Changes to the themes:
Go to your ACP, choose "Styles -> Themes -> your style", which has been changed and click "refresh" - confirm with "yes".

In the end "ACP -> General" --> purge cache

It's recommended to purge your browser cache too.

Now all your changes should appear properly on your site.
