Where is the Portal?

Description and Message
I am just starting to see how phpBB3.1 works. I installed the test version of the portal on my test site and it appears to have worked. (I think)

I see the Portal Extension in the ACP and have enabled it, but I have no idea where the page is located. In older versions it was always in the forum root under portal.php. Where has it gone in phpbb3.1? How do I get to the Portal page? Is there more to the install than I thought?

I haven't yet added a link to the portal. You can access it via /app.php/portal though or alternatively via /portal if you have URL rewriting enabled.

I see.... Sorry, this whole 3.1 thing is so much different than it used to be.
