Is there any plans to release an update to the portal to coincide with the new 3.2.0 phpBB.

Is there an English translation of the instructions for phpBB 3.2?

When I try to translate that page, the best I can figure out is to delete a lot of stuff but not replace it with anything.

Or will there be a new, update Portal for 3.2?

Use my files, they work on 3.2
You just need to empty your browser history and forum cache.

Curious question on the Announcements module with the 3.2 update. Why am I getting so many extra <br> added to my content text?

Yes I realize that I have modified the template a bit. But it was adding extra spaces long before I made those edits. For every real <br> it encounters, the module is adding 3 more <br> in the output. I have even gone in the original post and removed the carriage returns, but the extra <br> still get added.

What am I missing here? Why are are <br> getting added?

A hint from Kirk does not effect for me. Waiting for the update - and so long I can live with these "error".

hmmmm.... I think I may just wait for a real update for this software. I am having permissions problems as well. Registered users can't access the portal page. Yet, logged out users can. Strange.

I have follow your link but after i did the change my portal look like icons all over, maybe be course i use the "black" style from Arty, this style is not updated yet

Thanks i just found another style thats was updated, but my problem now is on the front site at my portal http://venskabsklanerne.dk/app.php/portal it only show what topic i made in GLOBAL ANNOUNCEMENTS before we could read the hole topic on the frontpage do you know how i can chage that back ?

Basically if the end user have to make any changes to make it work, the real answer is: No it doesn't work with 3.2 without updating.
It's like you are saying "Windows 95 can run any Windows 10 program. You just have to make some changes."

AFAIK Board3 Portal's updates have always been extremely slow. It takes months to get a properly updated package for download.

the time is due to the complexity of board3 and they don't want to push a "faulty" update

board3 "can" run on phpbb 3.2 but needs some edits to make it visually work, there may be other bugs in the system which the creators here are proberly trying to get fixed for a proper release.
