Your knowledge: Basic Knowledge

PHP Version: php3.0.4

What have you done before the problem was there?
Nothing

What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
Looked in all folders for the file

Check if you have uploaded all portal files to the correct place (keep the directory structure of the directory "root" of the package).
The error message is clear: the file is missing on your webserver.
