Installation Error.

I haved 1.0.3, update to 1.0.6 and then to 2.0.0b1
In the 1.0.6 - > 2.0.0b1 I've got an error:
What I need to do?

EDIT: I have update manually, not with automod.
EDIT2: Problem solved! I've uninstall... And try to install again. And it worked! But I want to know the solution... 'cause with this method I lost all my data ^^ (luckely I have a forum backup running aside :p)
