Your phpBB Type: other phpBB Distribution
MODs installed: Yes
Your knowledge: Basic Knowledge
What have you done before the problem was there?
Everything was fine : Board3 1.0.2 works fine
What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
Disable Portal from ACP
Description and Message
I upgraded to Board3 to 1.0.3 ,the installation was Ok.
When the user is logged : The position of blocks are Ok !
But when not logged :
