Problem with small resolution in IE

Hi, I found out one problem with small resolution or resising in IE (and this also happends here in this forum). When you have smaller resolution, central part is a little bit shifted (lays over) to the left part - see below. Are you aware of that?

Hmm will have to get one of the designers to take a look, damned cross compatibility rears its ugly head.
