installed v1.0.2 successfully but background is all white

What have you done before the problem was there?
this is my first mod after installing a fresh phpbb3 board.

What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
I looked everywhere and trace back the instruction and cannot solved the problem.

Hi, thanks for your time first of all...

I installed a fresh new phpbb3 board. I then went and installed board3 portal which is my first mod. Right after a successful installation of the portal and run install_portal/install.php and installed the portal successfully. it was a success and i deleted the directory. I hit refresh and the portal show up but the background is all white. Every pages are white...

Please make sure you uploaded all template files as stated in the install.xml. Also make sure you refresh the template and theme cache.

thanks for the prompt reply. I did check all of the upload file so many times and i'm sure that I uploaded to the correct destination. In the board3portal v1.0.2 folder, it has a folder called "xml" which contains a filed called "modx.prosilver.en" do I suppose to upload that file also cause it was not on the instruction. or that file is just to help me view the installation process in my browser? if so what directory do I i upload it to?

No.

Yes, it's just a stylesheet for the xml-files to display them correctly in your browser.

I have used portal version 0.2.1 with php3.03 and using a Smooth Blue theme (subsilver 2) successfully for almost a year. After upgrading to 3.04 I had some difficulty with the board and had to wipe it. Most of the board is back but I had issues with the portal. I have upgraded to 1.02 portal. The portal works fine with subsilver and prosilver but the blue theme of Smooth blue does not show.....just as the post above the background is all white. Here is a link.
