I recently installed the latest version of Board3 portal with a few other mods (seo mod, phpbb gallery) and am wondering if the portal news section is working properly because it appears to be broken: http://perthconnect.com/, is this how the news suppose to look? or is one of my other mods interfering with it? Thank you for the support,

ACP -> Styles -> Themes -> <your style> -> Refresh, and confirm with Yes.

I have tried that a few times with my template after installing new mods, but when I try with theme I get : This theme is stored on the filesystem so there is no need to refresh it.
I'm just wonder why it doesnt display the content of the latest post.It onlydisplays the title and some statistics under it.

Ah you're using a subsilver2 based style with prosilver portal templates, swap over the portal templates.
