Server Error in Install Dir

What have you done before the problem was there?


What have you already tryed to solve the problem?


Description and Message
if i go to http://www.pippo.net/install_portal/install.php i get this error:
500 Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

I have upload all file and edit the file specify in the install istruction.

I cant proced the installation if i dont solve this problem, help thanks.

You say you've uploaded all the files but none of the directories exist that should be there..

I uploaded the file in right directory, i take the file in zip file i dont know if i lost some.
