i installed the portal and what i got is this, maxxforum.co.nr

Upload all template and theme files and refresh the template-cache and the theme-cache.

It's to do with the CSS. Make completely sure you've done the edit regarding "styles/prosilver/theme/stylesheet.css" then go "ACP -> Styles -> Themes -> Prosilver-> Refresh"
