Global Announcements Issue

So I successfully installed the portal, several other mods, changed my side menu to show a gallery that I installed.. Have modified the portal to only show the blocks I want but I'm having an issue with the Global Announcments.

I've tried changing the settings, putting in a specific forum number, leaving it blank to pull from all forums but I still get "No Global Announcements" in the box. I'm assuming it is something that I'm doing wrong vs the programming because you have it working on your board.

Any ideas on where to look???

Seems like you have no announcements. Not normal, nor global.
I surfed up to the "Saltwater Profiles" forums and have seen no announcement the whole way.

Thatfor it's clear that the portal shows "No global announcements".

See told you the error was between the chair and keyboard..

Silly me thought the site administrator would have posted an annoucement before I came along in the year plus he's had the system running. But nope..

Works like a charm.
