mCHAT module stopped suddenly working for some groups

mCHAT module stopped suddenly working for administrator and another one group, i do not know why. other groups are OK. normal mCHAT window is working without problem.

Here is the error: Sorry, the Shoutbox is currently unavailable
(I renamed it to shoutbox)

Can someone tell me what has happened?

that will be something to do with mchat itself. the portal module doesn't have any permissions as they controled by mchat in the acp.
