Elegance - phpBB 3.1.x style

Request for support for Elegance style based on prosilver phpBB 3.1.x style:

Main problems:
- poll template on portal sidebar
- portal side modules aren't responsive
- general adjust for the style

Check the installation of the portal.

All side panels on mible device are displayed on the bottom and are wrongly rescaled.

all side panels except Poll are disabled on mobile with code:

but all of them shows same like Poll side panel - check on your mobile

I can "board3portal" look not at the forum.

That's supposed to be so.

I do not see any shifts.

I see no style elegance only the dark Styles.
In the articles, it looks that way.
That's no problem with the portal.

OK didnt know that. I dont like it in that way thats why Iv disable side panels on mobile.
For me perfect would be if side panels on mobile would be on right/left side exact like on normal mode.
However side panels will show only when you move finger to the left/right and after always centering on News (middle) panel when you move finger to the middle.
I dont even know if its possible ...

However stil Poll panel is bad. Layout is wrongly scaled including poll bars not showing.

It is Elegance style little bit modified with the background and colors ...

All my custom side panels has modified .html files as creating custom block is finish with this error
