I want to put the paypal donation module as a center block like it is on this site but when i click on create module its not there, it only lets me put it as Top, Left, or right Column.

I do not think they have this B3P version.
If they are not the accuracy of information, then we will not be able to assist and advise badly.
You can only once and not equal to the top, bottom or in the center to insert the module.

I don't know why it says that, my portal is version 2.0.1
