What have you already tried to solve the problem?
I did follow the knowledge base 2 weeks ago and moved my portal.php outside of my forums directory
Description and Message
It's adding the word forums and it should not be there. Where do I go to change that?
This is what I get when I click on change style (does not exist)
http://sonyreaderboards.com/forums/portal.php?style=3 for Red Steel
This is what it should say

Yes, I did that and it works without flaws. Try refreshing your browser cache.
Re: I Need Help With Board_Style Block Root Path
I've cleared my cache in all browsers and still having the same problem. What browser are you using. This is very frustrating for me because I know it's not working on my end but I don't know how to fix it since it seems to be working for you (IE, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari) same result for me. It put the /forums in the address.

Yes, I've cleared my cache in each browsers, even used ccleaners afterward. I have a Windows computer and I even used ipconfig to flush out the DNS cache.

Take a look at the instructions in the Knwoledge Base. You have to edit portal/block/change_style.php.
Re: I Need Help With Board_Style Block Root Path
