How to edit welcome message?

Hi All,

All I am trying to do is change the text which says "weclome to my community".

I have the portal installed - and in the ACP for Portal - I cant see anywhere where I would edit the welcome message?

OK thank you. However, it was not under a tab called .mods. I had to go into System>Module Managment and make it have no parent to display.

Whatever I try to do - I cant get all the options to appear in the .mod tabs. What am I doing wrong?
