(Sorry for my bad english)

I've just installed board3 on a new board with nothing in it for the moment.
I would like to have tabs on the header just like you with "Portal" "Board index" "Knowledge base".
Is this another MOD? If yes, where can I find it?
Is the knowledge base system another MOD too?
