Is there any way to apply some CSS to the title="..." ?

What CSS would you like to apply to what title?

Just some padding and bold font.
But I believe we have to recurr to Javascript for that, isn't it?

Not really. But I'm still not quite sure what part you would like to modify? Could you maybe attach a screenshot with an arrow on what you want to apply the CSS to?

I am losing the tooltip when I try to capture the screen (SnagIt and PaintShop)
Would you give some hints on how to "beautify" the tooltip ?
There is also the limitation of the display time : if the content get to its max of, I believe, is 250 chars, there are chances that the user does not have the time to read it all.

But of course Topic Preview has been build like this.

Oh, now I get what you mean. Once the user moves the mouse over the topic title it shows the a preview of the topic, right?
Well as far as I know, you will have to modify the Topic Preview MOD, and that is not what we do here. You might want to ask the author of the MOD.

Anyhow, I'm moving this to the trash bin.
