PHPBB 3.0.6 Release on 17th November 2009
Today 18/11/09 - I upgrade my phpbb using automatic update package.
Update process succesed with minor problem :
-need manually re-set at overall header, set back to {U_PORTAL}, cause automatic updated package return overall_header.html to default
