NEED HELP FOR ENABLE_HTML MOD

Hi everybody

I need your help. I want to post html code in my post. I added "enable_html" mod.
I have new options in the ACP. I don't know why I can't enable html as administrator.

"Can post HTML in posts." is on "YES" in forum permissions, but when I post in a new topic a code like this:
