Moving copyright message

I'm happy to have it of course, I'd just like to move it. At the moment it doesnt look very good:

I want to move it under the existing phpbb one, how can I do this?

Cause i dont know your Style i just can give you a hint.
You have to delete it from portal_body.html and move it to the overall_footer.html
