Problem in Upgrading 1.0.2 to 1.0.3

Your phpBB Type: Premodded phpBB
MODs installed: Yes
Your knowledge: Basic Knowledge

What have you done before the problem was there?
Everything was fine and Board3 1.0.2 works fine !

What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
Disable Portal from ACP and use only forum.

Description and Message
I was try to upgrade Board3 to 1.0.3 but when I try to run Portal,system crashe and show this error :

Sieht so aus, als ob du vergessen hast irgendeine Date hochzuladen. Vielleicht solltest du die Portaldateien einfach alle nochmal hochladen...

It seems you forget to upload any File(s)... try to upload all portal related files again...

Another Questions :

1.I was used a translateb version of Board3 1.0.2 (Only Portal NOT ACP),Can I use 1.0.2 translated files? If no what changes need to made ?(I want use Only translated Portal.php section NOT all of Board3)
2.I was made Portal.php blocks RTL (Right to left) because Board3 NOT support RTL in default,Can I use 1.0.2 RTLed blocks ?
