How to remove portal from homepage?

Hello,
I had an old forum and i have copied the database over to a fresh install of PHPBB. The only thing is, is that when i go to my forum homepage it still goes to /myforum/portal.php? (i want to install the newsest one soon). Please could someone tell me how to change this?

Replace .htaccess with the one of the phpBB3 package.
