Messed up board time

ok I am desperate and need help figuring out where to fix this. I have at some point (at least I assume it is my fault) done something to screw with the time displayed on the board. It is always 5 hours faster than the system and I can not change it in any way. When I go to Admin panel and Board settings and change the Date format it does not change at all. I can change the timezone and still the same time is displayed +5 from the actual server time. Please help I am to the point of pulling out hair over this frustration!

2. this Question is not Portal related (unless its only in your Portal, which i dont think)
3. Have you ever tryed to set the Timezone in your user config panel?

Mike is correct, changing it in the ACP is only half the battle, you then have to go into your user control panel and change it there, it should display properly then. make sure you also initiate the daylight savings time

WoW... Srsly!..I cant believe I missed that... I was so use to having to make code and ACP changes I totally didnt think about that! I'm sorry lol
