ok , then reinstall all over again , I just downloaded version 3.0.12 phpbb , adessso Which version of board3 portal I PUT , I downloaded version , board3_portal_210_rc1 , but I saw it lacks the ' installation

The Portal Version 2.1.0-b1 works only by phpBB version 3.1.x not with phpBB 3.0.12.
