I had deleted the anonymous user (anon69) from guests group

She now works

I have checked all in the ACP and Guest DO have access and in the module they are also allowed access Upon install the only problem we had was it stated the umil file was out of date and could not install. It gave a link to a new umil (1.0.5). we installed that and then the portal install went ahead...
