If you just deletet the Folder of your Style this shouldnt be...
You can upoload this missed file again from your phpbb download.

hmm... just delete the template folder, purge all caches, and upload all files from the Style and portal again...
I get this error when I want to visit the site after reinstall: "Language file ./language/en/common.php couldn't be opened."

The file seems to be missing - its not there where it says ...
