Hmm I currently get your site to load, I'll have a look when it's up.

You may have done one of the edits wrong I.E where it said "add before" you "added after" and as your webserver seems to have error display turned off just returned a white page.

Did you make sure to apply the stylesheet edit?

Re-download the zip, there was a bug in the updater.

You seem to be using old files, are you sure you are using 1.0.0RC3 ?

Hmm if you open /portal/blocks/announcements.php could you look for the line that starts "* @version $Id: announcements.php" and copy the whole line out for me? I was sure I fixed this before but if not I'll check again.

If you then go back to the portal page while logged in do you get this error?

The includes/acp files are in the standard zip. The style has no affect what-so-ever on the acp. I have never seen an acidtech install zip and then it would only contain template files not parts of the acp with which I'm trying to help you with...
